We stand behind the science. If you are not satisfied with your ZenZema® Eczema Itch Spray, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
Eligibility Requirements
- Applies only to purchases made directly from ZenZema.com
- Request must be submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
- Product must be used as directed for a minimum of 7 days
- Valid proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Limit one (1) refund per household
Refund Process
- Product return is required
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing once approved (timing may vary by financial institution)
Exclusions
- Applies to first-time purchases only
- Does not apply to resellers, unauthorized sellers, or third-party marketplaces (including Amazon)
- ZenZema reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the above criteria or that indicate misuse or abuse of the policy
